EGS World Trade Center

Situated adjacent to the former Atatürk Airport in the Yeşilköy district of Bakırköy, Istanbul, the EGS Business Park (EGS Dünya Ticaret Merkezi) is a major multi-block commercial plaza complex seamlessly integrated with the Istanbul World Trade Center (İDTM) campus. The sprawling development houses hundreds of corporate offices, flexible workspaces (such as eOfis), dining venues, and essential commercial and logistics support services. Following the initial technical execution, long-term mechanical facility management operations have been successfully delivered across the complex for over 10 years. The mechanical scope encompasses the comprehensive operation, preventive maintenance, and continuous optimization of complex MEP systems across all office blocks and shared spaces. Technical execution covers centralized heating and cooling plants, primary air handling and ventilation units, domestic water supply and drainage networks, automatic fire suppression and smoke control systems, and centralized Building Management System (BMS) oversight to ensure round-the-clock operational continuity, high energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
