Encompassing a total closed area of 34,000 m² including 28,000 m² of high-ceiling warehouse space engineered for high-bay racking systems—comprehensive general contracting, structural, and infrastructure works were executed for the primary storage and operational logistics hub of Sunman Oyuncak and the Toyzz Shop group located in Çayırova, Kocaeli; the scope specifically involved the application of high-fire-resistance precast reinforced concrete and steel structural systems, heavy-duty industrial concrete flooring reinforced with steel mesh and dust-free wear-resistant surface hardeners, mineral wool-filled sandwich panel facades for optimal thermal and fire insulation, hydraulic loading docks with expansive industrial asphalt and concrete maneuvering areas for heavy commercial vehicles, and advanced automated sprinkler fire suppression systems, smoke extraction dampers, and fire curtains tailored specifically for high-combustible toy storage.
