Metropol Istanbul

Positioned adjacent to the Istanbul Finance Center in Ataşehir, Metropol İstanbul is a benchmark mixed-use development designed by RMJM, spanning over 800,000 m² of total construction area. The MEP contracting scope covered an expansive 180,000 m² total indoor footprint dedicated to the high-density shopping mall and residential blocks. Engineered to meet LEED and BREEAM sustainability standards, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure supports a complex array of functional spaces—including multi-level retail galleries, high-rise residential towers, and major cultural hubs like the DasDas performance venue and Hupalupa family entertainment center. The installation ensures high-efficiency climate control, fire prevention, and utility distribution across both indoor retail environments and the signature 400-meter open-air "City Boulevard."
